Accessing Online Classes

  1. Sign Up for Live Stream Classes using Wellnessliving
  2. At the date and time of your class - log in and select the class from the calendar with ZOOM in front.  
  3. You will be automatically redirected to Zoom where the instructor will let you into the class to begin your workout! 
  4. Please try to join the class at least 5 minutes before start time to ensure your sound and video are working. 
  5. Contact your instructor through Wellnessliving  (go to Staff and then Message) if you are having technical difficulties or need assistance.
