Body Shred by Jillian Michaels (30 min)
Jillian Michaels BODYSHRED is a fun, effective, high intensity, metabolic conditioning workout! Utilizing a 3-2-1 interval approach to whole body circuit training (3 min of strength, 2 min of cardio, 1 min of abs), it integrates all of the techniques used by world class athletes in one program! This class not only burns more calories while you're training, but can literally ACCELERATE your metabolism long after the workout is finished so you continue burning fat and calories at a higher rate for up to 72-hours post training. Modifications are available for every fitness level - do not be intimidated - come achieve results!
Buttz, Gutz, and Guns (60 min)
This class focuses on toning your abs, glutes, and arms . Each section is geared specifically toward a targeted area, working on shaping and sculpting. Added strength is also a welcome benefit. No two classes are ever the same, there are some variations. . Modifications can be made for any fitness level.
Powerful 3 (60 min)
Powerful 3 combines spin, toning, and core in three 20-minute workouts. Classes will vary each week.
Power Circuit with Core (60 min)
A series of toning exercises set up in 4-6 different circuits designed to tone varying muscle groups for a high intensity one-minute time frame. This class utilizes free weights, weighed balls, suspension, sliders, and mats for a workout that will challenge every fitness level.
Rip (60 min)
This high energy class utilizes barbells matching movement to music, using traditional strength training, and allowing participants to work at their own level. Each section of music is geared toward an isolated muscle group for a super fun way to gain muscle strength. Modifications can be made for any fitness level.

Spin involves a stationary bicycle with workouts utilizing resistance at your own speed to fun music. You control your resistance and intensity for your own ride. This is a non-competitive environment for everyone from beginners to advanced. Class space is limited so be sure to register!
Step and Sculpt (60 min)
First half of class is a high cardio basic step routine to get your heart rate up followed by a toning segment using free weights for sculpting.
Suspension Toning (45 min)
Suspension straps attached the to the ceiling use gravity and your body weight to create varying levels of resistance for body toning.
Tabata Boot Camp (30 min)
Tabata is an interval guided workout set in 20 second high intensity workout with a ten second recovery period. This class focuses on using your body weight and hand weights to strengthen your body.
UGI Tone (30 min)
UGI uses a colorful, squishy resistant ball in 6-10 pound increments. This class brings your through thirty different exercises at 1-minute intervals for a full body workout.
Zumba (60 min)
Zumba combines Latin and international music, as well as current music, with dance and fitness moves, for a fantastic cardiovascular workout. Zumba is a total body workout containing cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, along with boosted energy! Modifications an be made for any fitness level!
Zumba Toning (60 min)
Tone up your dance routine by using Zumba toning sticks. These maraca like toning sticks, enhance the sensation of rhythm and coordination, while toning target areas including arms, core and lower body! Modifications made for any fitness level!
Yoga: Gentle Hatha (60 min)
Classes will begin with a brief relaxation combined with breath awareness and observation. During the warm up process the breath is linked to flowing movements that develop strength, self control, and flexibility. The postures, or asanas, are held while stamina, endurance, and self awareness are created. Finishing poses integrate the effects of the postures into the body and establish the basis for the deep guided relaxation at the end of class. When the body is deeply relaxed it can move toward a balanced state.
